  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films, and securely seal the box for transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
